Fees
How we quote financial auditing work
Fees are engagement-based, not subscription tiers. We quote after learning your reporting framework, locations, and year-end date. Figures below are starting points for planning conversations.
| Engagement | Starting point | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Statutory Financial Audit | From ¥1,800,000 per engagement year | Fixed engagement fee quoted after planning, based on entity complexity, locations, and volume of transactions. |
| Interim Review Assurance | From ¥650,000 per interim period | Quoted per review period. |
| Opening Balance & First-Year Audit | From ¥420,000 as an opening-balance supplement | Add-on fee layered onto the statutory engagement quote. |
| Inventory Count Observation | From ¥95,000 per observation day | Day rate plus travel within the agreed service area. |
What moves a quote up or down
- Number of locations requiring inventory observation or branch visits
- First-year opening balances or incomplete predecessor papers
- Complex related-party webs or foreign-currency consolidations
- Compressed filing calendars that require weekend fieldwork
- Quality of draft schedules available before interim
Deposits and billing
Statutory engagements usually invoice a planning deposit of thirty percent on acceptance of the engagement letter, with the balance billed after interim and at report issuance. Inventory observation days are billed after attendance unless bundled into a statutory fee.
